On 22 March 2010 a UN-Water World Water Day 2010 event will be held in Nairobi, Kenya, to mark the World Water Day 2010, with the theme on “Water Quality”, under the slogan “Clean Water for a Healthy World”. Jointly hosted by UNEP, UN-Habitat, and UNSGAB, on behalf of UN-Water, and the Government of Kenya, the event will bring together policy makers, scientists and eminent personalities to discuss how to address the challenges of degrading water quality around the world. |
