#WaterIs Games

To celebrate World Water Day, the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) and the Centre for Systems Solutions (CRS) got together to compile a rich flora of water games, for people to have fun and learn in the same time. These "serious games" represent a new application of games, not designed to escape reality but to improve it. Games are effective as innovative learning and communication tools, and train complex problem-solving of real problems in a virtual environment. 

The IIASA and CRS promote and apply systems approach in research, education, consulting and solving complex problems. One of the exciting strategies of solving water problem is serious games.
