“They call me 'the Ironlady', I don’t know why. I’m not ferocious or anything, I’m just doing my job as Director of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Division in Bakori. You can really see a difference in the communities - diarrhoea and vomiting have decreased drastically in the last few years."
