Access to safe drinking water and sanitation are true necessities for healthy families. Yet access rates for water and sanitation remain stubbornly low in most low income countries.

Water.org and OpenIDEO now announce a new initiative called the Water and Sanitation Challenge. For the next three months, they host an open competition to uncover and support new ways to improve water and sanitation access in India.
