"My job is to help Unilever suppliers and farmers globally to comply with Unilever’s Sustainable Agriculture Code and eventually to impact positively on their livelihood and environment. Helping farmers improve yields while using less water is a key part of creating a sustainable supply chain. We use water management techniques - such as drip irrigation - to help those in drier areas use less water. These techniques can also help those in water-rich countries better regulate water use to produce the best quality products."
