Refugees find safety but not food & water

You have probably seen the headlines about the refugee crisis, as millions of people worldwide are forced from their homes by violence and instability. But, all too often, once these refugees find safety, they still lack reliable access to food and water. What can the international community do to guarantee fundamental human rights under such trying circumstances?
