Water Action Month

The fight to guarantee universal access to safe water and sanitation is not limited to World Water Day. That's why End Water Poverty, a coalition of civil society organizations, is coordinating Water Action Month 2016, an effort to push the world to fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals. The month includes their annual Walking for Water Challenge, in which people from around the world walk in solidarity with those who must travel great distances to access safe water.
