Korean Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn giving the nation's blessing

South Korea has been celebrating the World Water Day since 1995, and this year held its biggest event in the southern coastal city of Busan. 

During the ceremony Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn gave awards to individuals who have provided outstanding service in the water resources and environmental fields.
